It was so beautiful over the weekend we decided to head to Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury to pick the first blueberries and raspberries of the season. While browsing the farm store I spotted the most colorful rainbow chard and gorgeous big red tomatoes that I just couldn’t pass up. On the way home we made a detour to David’s Fish Market in Salisbury to pick up some fresh halibut to add to our bounty and make a killer dinner with. Grilled up the fish with lemon and some potatoes, braised the rainbow chard with some garlic and sautéed the tomatoes with red onion and white balsamic to top the fish with. Beautiful, fresh, delicious and healthy meal. I love the summers in New England.
