Feeding my mom’s chickens. These girls lay the best tasting, richest, most orange yolked eggs around.

Cheese ravioli Buckwheat tortellone with taleggio cheese filling.

Blueberry lattice top pie. Ricotta pie.

These three pastries are all made from choux paste and pastry cream.

Bear claw Danish dough is a laminated dough. The layers come from folding and rolling in butter. Yum.
